Retention operations specialist (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a person with:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with email and content marketing (over 300,000 user base);
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS, ability to make good-looking content on any platform and device;
• Experience working with Wordpress, email automation software and other CMS;
• Quick learner for new technologies with readiness to roll up sleeves and dive into new interfaces and systems;
• Ability to formulate clear requirements to Design and Content teams on proper blog page layouts, text formats, etc.;
• Passion for content and technology;
• High attention to details;
• Language proficiency: English (Intermediate), Russian and Ukrainian (Fluent).

Would be an advantage:

• Hands-on experience with web design;
• Good understanding of digital marketing;
• Basic SEO knowledge;
• Practical experience with CRM systems;
• SQL knowledge and experience working with databases;
• Experience in client segmentation and identifying marketing triggers;
• Understanding of crypto landscape;

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Technical ownership of marketing content management systems: Wordpress blog and product knowledge base, email, sms and push notification software;
• Content distribution via selected communication channels, ensuring proper and timely posting in internal and external communication channels (email, push, internal and external blogs, product knowledge base, etc.;
• Consistent improvement of the blog UX and performance: navigation, formatting, CTAs, content anchors, web forms, etc.;
• Generation of new ideas on how to make communication channels more user-friendly and effective;
• Being a technical advisor on new content delivery systems, proactively implementing new approaches and solutions;
• Expanding current communication channels to reach more target customers;
