👋 Hi! An award-winning design agency is looking for a proactive person who will help expand clientele. You will play a crucial role in identifying, targeting, and engaging potential clients to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT Sales, preferably with design.
  • Understanding what digital product design is and what stages it has.
  • Proficiency in sales navigator and lead management systems.
  • Strong Understanding of all stages of the sales process.
  • Knowledge of how to work with different sales channels.
  • Experience with email marketing.
  • Experience with Hubspot would be a plus.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Individual approach to every prospect.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Attentive to details, responsible, honest, and friendly person.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy that aligns with the agency’s business goals and objectives.
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market segments that can benefit from our digital product design services.
  • Outreach: Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, different platforms, and networking events.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads through personalized follow-ups, providing valuable insights, and addressing their inquiries.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adapt the lead generation strategy accordingly.
  • Online calls with potential clients: presenting our design services to potential clients.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports to update the management team on the status of lead generation efforts and results.
