• 3+ years of working experience as a Big Data Developer;
• Knowledge of Big Data;
• Experience in Spark, Scala, Python;
• Experience in ETL development;
• Knowledge of data cleaning techniques.
• English: Intermediate.

• Experience in R scripting,
• Azure Databricks, Azure HDInsigths, Informatica will be a great plus;
• Ph.D. in a quantitative-based science (Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.).

We are seeking a Senior Big Data Developer with a proven track record of academic research in the area of quadratic and linear programming, especially in integer and mixed-integer problems, to drive the development and implementation of data-driven decision-making models.

— requesting, tracking and collecting data from our clients in a more efficient and automated manner;
— slashing the time required to cleanse, validate and prepare data (for completeness, accuracy) for downstream analysis
— combining professional experience and immense collection of content with emerging technologies to discover patterns and anomalies in client data to automatically flag issues, opportunities, and planning needs
