Recruiter Assistant
We are looking for a Recruiter Assistant to support our recruiting and onboarding activities! Your responsibilities include scheduling calls and interviews and maintaining candidate databases. Ultimately, you’ll help us hire efficiently and keep our hiring process running. If you have some experience in recruiting and you’re an excellent organizer and communicator, we’d like to meet you!

Requirements:
- Experience as a Recruiter Assistant or in another recruiting-related role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
Advanced Excel, Word, and Google Sheets skills
Desire to learn and grow as a specialist to eventually become a recruiter
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
Nice to Have:
- Previous work experience in an IT company
English level:
Intermediate+
Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiters in hiring processes
- Publish our vacancies on different job boards
- Manage job applications and pass them on to dedicated recruiter
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Help recruiters with routine tasks
- Monitor and analyze the labor market
- Support recruiters and perform other assignments and special projects as necessary
- Assist with the external recruiting agencies
