2 years of prior manual QA testing experience
Diagnose bugs and perform root cause analysis
Develop test cases and bug reports
Understand SQL and scripting
Work in an Agile/Scrum development process
A quick learner and keen to learn new technologies
Develop well-documented test plans and strategies for both new development and regression coverage across our entire products
Experience providing QA for the mobile, web, and back-end services
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to develop automated testing programs and processes (ability to use Python is a plus)
Experience using tools like Zira, SQL Developer, DBeaver

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Review and analyze scope requirements and create detailed test plans
Prepare test data and oversee readiness of test environments
Perform functional and non-functional testing and analyze test results
Identify and track defects to closure
Create and update test artifacts (Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Status) for newly developed and legacy applications

About the Project:
The apps are supported by multiple backend components and it requires an understanding of overall web application architecture. It’s a blend of traditional server-based application and individual microservices. Understanding of application security and performance is also crucial for supporting the back end.
The solution is powered by different AI based APIs that processes the client data provided via app. These APIs are running as Micro services on a hyper scale server and an understanding of API gateway, Nginx, Load balancer and Okta would be an added advantage.
It is a core project that provides a great learning opportunity with Java frameworks such Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Dropwizard, etc. with Cloud technologies such S3, EC2, IAM, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, SES etc.
