You have at least 1 year of experience in a scrum master role.
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks or methods, an understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
Confident using Atlassian delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)
Full working proficiency in English, both, written and spoken
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
Certified by a reputable scrum certifier (e.g. scrum alliance etc..)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred

Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Reporting on Scrum metrics
