— You have a minimum of 8 year’s experience working in a technology-focused delivery environment, with experience across enterprise-level software implementation projects (eCommerce, ERP, CRM, or similar).
— Deep understanding of the E-Commerce domain (Experience working in E-Commerce consulting is a plus).
— Record of completed complex eCommerce projects from discovery to GoLive.
— An excellent People Manager who can work to form strong working relationships with all levels of the business.
— Exposure to working with a global team in different time zones.
— Business acumen with strategic and decision-making abilities, attention to details.

— Organize and inspire teams in accordance with the eWave mission and goals in different geographic locations
— Manage enterprise project solution end-to-end delivery in close liaison with PM community, development teams, and business stakeholders ensuring projects are effectively scoped, planned, and delivered within timescales and to the quality required
