We are looking for Creative Designer to join one of our big product in AdTech
You have:
— At least 6 month of experience as a Graphic\Motion Designer.
— Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
— Level of English — A2 and above.
— Experience in developing advertising creatives (static\video) for Meta and TikTok platforms.
— Deep understanding of basic design principles: composition, typography, color, etc.
— Knowledge of technical requirements for advertising creatives for different platforms.
— Understanding of trends and current working practices for creatives (Meta\TikTok platforms).
An advantage will be:
— Experience as a Creative Designer in Affiliate Marketing.
— Experience with AI tools (HeyGen\ElevenLabs\ChatGPT, etc.).
— Experience with UGC.
You will do:
— Make creatives per day according to the technical and moral principles of TikTok, so that it is as native as possible
— Track TikTok Trends
— Understanding native advertising (and how it differs from regular advertising)
