Experience in business analysis and/or project management in web or mobile development is must;
Experience in working with non-local customers is a must;

Understanding the fundamentals of usability, Ui / UX design;
Conduct market researches, competition benchmarks, polls and consumer studies and deliver relevant analysis according to identified problematic;
Experience working closely with design teams and delivering delightful user experiences, a plus;
Familiarity with Customer Research methodologies (e.g. customer interviews, surveys, A/B testing), a plus.
