We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and empathetic HR People Partner to join our company.
What you’ll be doing
- Implement, maintain, and improve key HR practices: onboarding, retention, training, performance management, offboarding, and team events.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with employees.
- Act as a coach, helping find balanced solutions for both employees and the business.
- Participate in and drive HR initiatives.
- Evaluate ideas and projects from an HR perspective.
- Organize internal company events.
You’ll be a great fit if you have experience with:
- 2+ year of HR experience.
- Experience in IT companies is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with HR processes (onboarding, performance management, learning & development, C&B).
- Experience organizing online and offline events.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
- Strong empathy and communication skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Business-oriented mindset, proactive and self-driven.
