We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and empathetic HR People Partner to join our company.

What you’ll be doing

  • Implement, maintain, and improve key HR practices: onboarding, retention, training, performance management, offboarding, and team events.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with employees.
  • Act as a coach, helping find balanced solutions for both employees and the business.
  • Participate in and drive HR initiatives.
  • Evaluate ideas and projects from an HR perspective.
  • Organize internal company events.

You’ll be a great fit if you have experience with:

  • 2+ year of HR experience.
  • Experience in IT companies is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with HR processes (onboarding, performance management, learning & development, C&B).
  • Experience organizing online and offline events.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset, proactive and self-driven.
