About the Project

We’re looking to strengthen our development teams for the Headless CMS project by creating a new team under fresh leadership.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Collaborating with the Head of Development and other team leads to plan the upcoming development tasks for the product.
• Creating candidate profiles and recruiting top talent for the team.
• Overseeing the hiring process, onboarding, and professional integration of new team members.
• Developing and implementing competency growth plans for team members.
• Contributing to both the development of new features and maintaining existing functionalities.
• Managing technical debt to ensure smooth and efficient development cycles.
• Optimizing development processes to boost productivity and reduce time-to-market.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between teams.

About You

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working with PHP.
• Proven experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Strong experience in developing API-driven projects.
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using PHPUnit.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with high-load projects.
• Familiarity with Symfony.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Swoole or RoadRunner.
• Background in building large modular projects supported by multiple teams.
• Experience working with Redis.

Tech Stack:

• Backend: PHP 8.3+, Swoole 5.1+, Symfony 6.4+
• Database: Redis
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Flux, Envoy, Loki, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, AWS
