Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to support long-term growth and sustainability.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, performance analysis, risk management, and liquidity.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements, including adherence to standards set by the regulator.
• Manage internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and other financial advisors.
• Optimize tax planning and capital management strategies.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Participate in strategic decision-making and support the executive team on financial matters.
• Engage with investors and stakeholders, providing transparent and timely financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• English (level — B2 and upper).
• CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CFO or similar role in an iGaming, financial, or tech company (3 years and more).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and requirements set by the regulator.
• Experience in managing financial operations, including planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a team.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
