Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced leader in Head of Marketing.
Our candidate knows how to set and achieve ambitious goals, build and lead a team of like-minded people, is betting savvy and seeks new challenges to reach full potential.

Your position will cover:

— New markets: searching for blue lagoons, developing a strategy to expand into new markets and maintaining steady growth in existing markets.
— Marketing strategy: analysing the company’s marketing strategy and suggesting improvements, creating and presenting the annual marketing plan, reviewing and managing the content marketing strategy.
— Marketing research: conducting research studies and analysing the results to gain a better understanding of the market, customers and demand, as well as monitoring competitors’ pricing, communications, performance and product marketing practices.
— Team management: developing the structure of the company’s marketing department, setting marketing goals and objectives, working with product, development and customer success teams.
— Contributing to the overall growth of the company.
— Driving revenue by increasing traffic through marketing performance
— Tracking and report on KPIs on a regular basis.
— Keeping marketing budget under control.


Requirements:

— Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, Strong knowledge in eSports, Gamedev or betting industry;
— Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords;
— Excellent organizational and time management skills;
— Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO, affiliate marketing;
— English Fluent;
