Looking for Head of Trading to manage a team and work with analytics to create forecasts and looking for points of growth

YOUR POSITION WILL INCLUDE
Oversee the implementation of best practice within the Trading team in pricing, trading, customer analysis and risk management on a day-to-day basis.
Establish high standards of operational excellence and monitor performance against these.
Provide leadership to the trading team.
Act as an important people leader, focused on optimising recruitment, onboarding and development of all traders into high performing individuals, who contribute to the success of the wider team.
Crucial role in the implementation of performance management best practice, having oversight and providing coaching to others within.
Trading to ensure development and a learning culture is at the heart of the trading team.
Create and maintain product backlogs and user stories.
Manage the Gross Profit and Gross margin.
Deep analytics on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis to develop immediate and long term strategy.
Select sports to be featured in promo/emails based on over and under performers.
