YOUR POSITION WILL INCLUDE:
-Create/implement changes in tools for payment monitoring, fraud monitoring/preventing, user verification so they meet all the world standards. -Create processes for Antifraud team to use a tools. Communicate with product team to implement verification instruments to the site. Work on speed of withdrawals and % of verified users.
-Manage and responsible for the overall Anti-fraud & investigation Process
-Responsible to maintain daily and weekly report
-Develops fraud model prevention initiatives
-Recovers fraud losses
-Coordinate collaborations with other departments.
-Monitoring and developing team performance and coaching if needed
-Hiring, management, and training of department employees.
-Creation of anti-fraud monitoring service 24/7.
-Research our system to identify new fraud patterns.
-Participation in the development of new features and product development.
-Analysis, testing, and optimization of parameters for anti-fraud monitoring.
