2+ year of work experience as Head of B2B Account management team in IT or/and Igaming industry
Fluent English — both spoken and written
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Analytical mindset
Highly developed social and communication skills
Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment
Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets
Desire to learn and to research

Manage, assess and coach a team of Account Managers via field support if necessary
Identified improvement opportunities and defined the processes to achieve them
Monitor the indicators of its teams and of the restaurant parks managed to improve their satisfaction and their KPIs
Supporting changes in tools, ensuring that processes and working methods are implemented in a coherent and efficient manner: collaborating with other teams, leading projects, etc.
Participate in the construction of a lasting relationship with the assigned restaurant park by being an ambassador
Share with other managers the good practices implemented in his team in order to improve and align communications and practices
Sharing feedback and statistics to the rest of the teams by monitoring the competition, partners, trends to improve the restaurant and customer experience in their sector.
Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers
Ensure games launch, marketing and promotional activities across brands
Problem resolution of technical/management/financial/business issues on a regular basis
Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions
