What We’re Looking For

• Solid understanding of OOP principles, software engineering best practices, and API design
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate English for effective cross-team communication
• Knowledge of distributed systems design and scalable architectures
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, others also valued)
• Practical experience with monitoring and observability tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
• (Nice to have) Experience with incident management and participation in on-call schedules
• (Nice to have) Previous exposure to the iGaming industry

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and evolve software systems to meet business needs — from greenfield projects to enhancing existing solutions
• Improve services with a focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability
• Implement and refine monitoring and alerting setups for full system visibility
• Develop and optimize infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes for smooth delivery
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration across the platform
• Document and share designs, best practices, and lessons learned to uplift the whole engineering culture
