Requirements:
- Relevant experience in marketing, analytics, or operational management;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and teamwork abilities;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus;
- English level B2 or higher;
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a full range of promotional tools, ensuring a deep understanding of their functions. Supervise team members about promotional tools to maintain high proficiency.
- CRM Data Management: Collect, prepare, and configure data for promotional campaigns using CRM systems. Prepare regular reports for management, detailing the performance personal KPIs and promotions in line with the company’s commercial objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, product, and creative teams to develop marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns. Continuously improve promotional tools through regular updates.
- Campaign Evaluation: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns. Provide data-driven recommendations to the Key Account Management (KAM) team for continuous improvement. Ensure day-to-day oversight of launched promotional campaigns.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities, adjusting strategies as necessary.
