Requirements:

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong skills with EXCEL and development reports.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • English language level С1 or higher.

Would be a plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the gambling industry.
  • Experience as the casino project manager.
  • Experience as L2 or L3 level support.
  • Experience with digital marketing and online player acquisition.
  • Knowledge of bingo game mechanics and player preferences.

Your position will include:
1. Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the online bingo platform.
  • Ensure the smooth running of bingo games, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting with configurations.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to maintain scheduling end reporting.

2. Player Experience:

  • Ensure a high quality player experience by managing the game flow in collaboration with 3rd parties.
  • Monitor player analytics and develop improvements to increase player satisfaction and engagement.
  • Work with the product team to develop UI and UX enhancements.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on game performance, player behavior, and revenue.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions on game offerings, promotions, and player engagement strategies.
