The expertise we’re looking for

• At least 1 years of experience in a Game Designer position;
• Ability to express your thoughts and make suggestions consistently and in the most informative way;
• Knowledge of game development cycle and key product metrics;
• Experience in mobile, PC and console game development;
• Ability to conduct gaming market research;
• Intermediate English level.

Would be a plus

• Deep knowledge of mobile free-to-play games: monetisation, ads, trends, platforms, gaming industry;
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI and design documentation, monetisation strategy;
• Experience in the social casino vertical;
• Tech background;
• Ability to implement prototyping tools;
• Experience in Unity;
• Knowledge of SCM (Git/Perforce).

Your position will include

• Work on mobile apps and games on social networks;
• Preparation of design documentation (GDD for existing and new projects);
• Analysis of gaming mechanics and key metrics;
• Generating new games ideas (from pitching to launching);
• Monitoring and consistent improving the game’s economical indicators;
• Close collaboration with designers and developers.
