- 1+ year of work experience as B2B Sales manager in IT or/and Igaming industry
- Fluent level of English is a MUST (both spoken and written)
- Experience with Jira/CRM
- Ability to drive and manage an entire sales cycle as a self-starter advancing through the stages until closure whilst
- Highly developed social and communication skills
- Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets
- Be ready to grow personally and professionally, in a team
- Ability to take responsibility and maintain key decisions
- Ability to work independently with orientation on results

- Market research in key areas of online business
- Day-to-day industry news monitoring
- Researching new companies and leads, outreach
- Continually develop new ways of lead generation to maximize the sales funnel
- Manage all phases of the sales cycle to successfully close
- Developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements within business operations
- Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission
- Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions
- Provide Sales Team Lead with monthly / quarterly reports on the work results
