Evolvice GmbH is seeking a QA Engineer with interest in testing of commercial software, with good English to join our friendly team and take part in company’s projects testing for our German clients.
Required skills
— At least 2 years experience as a QA
— Experience in testing enterprise or financial applications is a must
— Strong understanding of client-server architecture, Web and Network technologies
— Experience in the QA processes and the Agile development process
— Experience in functional and non-functional testing (regression, integration, security, performance)
— Good SQL experience, ability to write the queries, experience with any database management system
— Knowledge of Usability and User Interface testing
— Ability to produce key test assets (requirements gathering, test plans, reports) and write QA documentation (Check List & Test cases)
— Experience of working with Git, WindowsX/Linux, terminal, Jira, Confluence, Scrum
— Practical experience in using of Jmeter, Fiddler, SOAPUI, REST, API, xPath
— Good English, written and spoken (at least upper intermediate level)
Will be a plus:
— Experience in working in a multi-project environment
— ISTQB Certificate
— Any programming or scripting experience (c# is a great plus)
— German language, written and spoken — is a great plus
— Experience in Docker/Linux/Microservices
Responsibilities
— Running and creating test cases
— Quality issue investigation
— Requirements analysis and testing
— Bug fixes verification
— Intensive communications with QA/PO/DEV/PM
— Support releases into all environments including production
— Be able to implement key testing techniques to improve quality in our testing approach.
— Provide usability expertise to the development team
— Maintain good visibility and communication of all activities with key stakeholders.

Interview Stages
