Requirements:
— At least 2 years’ experience in IT recruitment;
— In-depth knowledge of IT sphere, technologies and specialists;
— Candidates searching experience, knowledge of the corresponding platforms;
— Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, providing feedbacks;
— Experience with recruitment databases;
— Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate at least: all internal communication is in English).
Responsibilities:
— Creating job descriptions and job postings;
— Selecting candidates and pre-screening;
— Potential communication with the client in regards to requirements and feedbacks;
— Taking part in job offer preparation;
— Supporting the candidate during the interview and hiring processes.
As a plus:
— German language knowledge.
