• Experience of working in a fast-paced startup or an agile software development team in a corporate environment
• Good understanding of product development using an agile software development methodology
• Must have 7+ years of software development experience of back-end solutions and at least 2 years acting as an Architect/CTO-like.
• Strong Java skills
• Design and delivery of highly scalable web
• 3+ years or Leadership experience with several teams

• “Play a CTO role”: be a technology leader of the organization and consult the business with technical aspects in mind
• Supervise the whole R&D activity (following-up with the respective Tech Leads / Senior point of contact of each area)
• Responsible for the full development lifecycle from working with the Product Owner to elicit requirements, through design, build, and operational support
• Integrate with third party websites to provide recommendation and data services
• Leadership and coaching of the team members
• You will be involved in harmonious and efficient collaboration with the local Head of Delivery
• You will report directly to the VP of R&D based in the US
