Requirements:
- English level: B2 — C1
- 6 months — 2 years of experience in lead generation
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and conference lead generation
- Strong research and data collection skills
- Experience in outsourced/outstaffed lead generation
- Ability to work with multiple LinkedIn profiles
- Understanding of outbound lead generation processes
- Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, LinkedHelper, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience with cold outreach campaigns
What you will do:
- Own the lead generation process from research to meeting booking
- Build lead databases and maintain lead quality
- Write personalized outreach messages
- Manage 3+ LinkedIn profiles
- Launch and test outbound hypotheses
- Participate in conference outreach:
- before the event
- during the event
- post-event follow-up
- Track KPIs and monthly performance metrics
- Work closely with the Head of Lead Generation, Sales and Marketing teams
