UI/UX Designer Team Lead (вакансія неактивна)

EVNE Developers is an outsourcing IT company with more than 9 years of experience in the European and USA markets. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Team Lead with 5 years of full-time experience in the design field of Lviv/Kropyvnytskyi.

Requirements:
— At least 3-4 years of experience in UX/UI;
— More than 2 years of lead & management of UI/UX design teams;
— Experience with Adaptive/Responsive Design Principles;
— Experience in graphic design, iconography, styling, and animation;
— Ability to understand complex business and system requirements and translate these into simple UI concepts;
— Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture;
— Experience in managing both UI/UX initiatives for mobile applications and websites;
— Ability to articulate and support your own decisions;
— Experience in Wireframing tools;
— Upper-intermediate English;
— Strong online portfolio.

Responsibilities:
— Lead and develop a team of designers;
— Conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing;
— Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques;
— Analyze and review competitor products and bringing innovative ideas and concepts;
— Stay up to date with new technologies, industry, and design trends, and demonstrate a passion for learning;
— Participate in new business development activities.
