UX/UI Designer

EveryMatrix is looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for investigating user personas, employing a wide array of design techniques, and creating exceptional user interfaces, particularly in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing prototypes, wireframes, and compelling user interfaces, as well as enhancing presentations. Collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners is a key aspect of this role. EveryMatrix is committed to innovation and excellence in the iGaming industry. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with developing teams, project manager, business analysts and other stakeholders to understand and respond to their design needs.
• Improve, support and redesign existing projects.
• Create new interfaces and product features from scratch.
• Develop and contribute to wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Assist with Design System development.
• Create marketing materials (presentations, one pagers, etc).

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a UX designer / Visual Designer / Web Designer or similar role
• Excellent Visual Design skills and portfolio (with your own works) showcasing it
• A sense of style, understanding, and mastery of modern trends in web, mobile, and graphic design
• Understanding the balance between functionality and aesthetic
• Understanding Usability, Human-Centered design
• Understanding UX principles and processes
• Ability to work independently on the tasks with minimum supervision
• Ability to articulate your design decisions to stakeholders, explain your point of view, pros, and cons
• Knowing how to collaborate effectively with a development team
• Figma is the must (auto layout, components, styles)
• Intermediate +/ Upper Intermediate English
• The desire to develop and grow your design skills

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the iGaming field
• Experience with any kind of UX activities or artifacts (Research, CJM, Personas, Usability Testing, Card Sorting, Competitor Review, etc)
• Experience in animation
• Experience in illustration
• Experience In Branding
• Experience with design documentation
• Familiarity with Design System

Portfolio Requirements:

• Please, with your cover letter and CV, provide a link to the portfolio with at least 3 projects, at least 2 of them should be commercial (not a student project), at least 1 of them should be released already.

Work Life Balance:

• 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days).
• Extra leave days for every extra year at the company — 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
