Responsibilities:

• Aline with Product office on features and roadmap delivery;
• Control and improve SDLC;
• Manage Software Engineering Team and processes;
• Manage QA Team and processes;
• Manage DevOps Team and processes;
• Manage Data Engineering Team and processes;
• Control products performance on production.

Requirements:

• Experience to organize roadmap including product, technical, operational areas;
• Experience to establish and improve all stages of SDLC;
• Deep understanding in QA processes (code-review, unit, integration, smoke, regression, performance testing);
• Deep understanding in DevOps processes (Private Clouds, K8s, MySQL/PostgreSQL, GrayLog, Grafana, OnCall tools);
• Experience in Data Management processes, inc. DWH management, ETL, BI processes;
• Control products performance on production and resources utilizations;
• Tech stack in one of areas: PixiJS, NodeJS, Java;

Work Life Balance:
