Job Summary:

You will be part of the Playmatrix department in Ukraine. Playmatrix creates state-of-the-art live casino games from scratch.

Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for live casino game development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including game developers, designers, QA testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain project momentum and quality.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in live casino game development.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement, incorporating feedback into future projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, applying insights to enhance project management practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management (preferably within the gaming industry, specifically overseeing live casino game development projects).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools/software.
• Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and risk assessment/mitigation.

Work Life Balance:

• 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days).
