EveryMatrix is looking for a .NET Team Lead in Lviv.

Job Summary: EveryMatrix is a leading B2B provider delivering iGaming software, solutions, content, and services. One of our business units, MoneyMatrix — a product that offers a wide range of payment options, fraud prevention, and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks — is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join its development team in Lviv. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an integration team (vendor/payment) and supporting existing teams by implementing stability measures and working on architectural scalability efforts for the evolving business platform. This role requires strong individual contributions, with a balance of 40% hands-on coding and 60% team leadership efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Build integration solutions that ensure a 99.99% availability level of our systems and services.
    • Lead a migration of the monolith application to microservices, ensuring that the standards that you have developed are followed.
    • Lead an integration/payment team of developers who support existing teams by providing customer integration implementations, migrations from the monolith code to the microservices, keep tech debt in check.
  • Facilitate communication with other teams on the lead level to explain the changes to gain support.
    • Develop and integrate evolving business functionality on the platform using C#/.NET.
    • Collaborate with other teams in the unit, product owners, project managers, integration managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and map them to the given software framework.
    • Offer QA and support assistance whenever issues arise.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of the incidents that are related to the integrations done.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and the Integration Manager to support when required to resolve integration/payment related issues from the clients.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of previous experience in the Software Industry, and at least 1 year of experience as the lead in teams of more than 8 FTE.
    • Hands-on expertise in C#/.NET.
    • High load systems development experience.
    • Knowledge of n-tier architecture, distributed applications, microservice-oriented architecture, parallel and asynchronous programming design patterns.
    • Experience in observability framework tools: Prometheus, New Relic, Grafana, etc.
    • Knowledge designing and implementing software solutions using Kafka, and ElasticSearch.
    • Experience with relational database systems such as MSSQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
    • Analytical mindset.
    • English level: upper-intermediate or higher.
  • Industry experience is a plus.

Work Life Balance:
