Requirements
Experience managing software development teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills — experience managing expectations and ensuring delivery with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
Experience with DevOps practices and their introduction into development teams and processes.
Understands business and software development KPIs.
Is strongly motivated to fight inefficiencies and streamline processes.
Is able to hold him/herself and his/her team accountable.
5+ years professional IT industry experience.
2+ years in managing projects and or products.
Strong experience and understanding of the processes and practices required to deliver software in a modern, Agile, business.
Goals / problem solving oriented.
English upper-intermediate.
Experience in working with international distributed team.

Duties
Work with the Developer Experience Product Owner to help define the challenges we face, the solutions needed, and to plan and action the delivery of those solutions.
Work with experienced engineers working on innovative technical solutions to developer experience problems, to build a Developer Experience team.
Facilitate the collection and collation of development metrics, roadmaps and KPIs.
Analyze existing processes and metrics, highlight problem areas.
Brainstorm solutions with a group of engineers, managers & architects.
Organise agile rituals and events such as group-wide demo days.
