— has previous experience with scrum

Basic requirements:

— be responsible for the project’s outcome.

— seek to maximize a product’s value by managing and optimizing the product backlog.

— communicate with business stakeholders and collaborates closely with Scrum teams to keep all areas of the business informed on a project’s development.

On a daily basis you will:

— manage daily activities (setup meetings, organize calls);

— sync and control team workload (design, frontend, backend);

— tracking the status of the project, the progress of tasks;

— drive communication between business stakeholders and team members;

— creation of a transparent communication environment between all participants in the process;

— create and order product backlog items based on product goals;

— manage project documentation;

— communication with the customer, management of his expectations;

— providing the customer with reports on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole;

Compensation

Salary compensation is slightly below market rate, however, long-term incentive alignment comes from a vesting allocation.
