Skills and background
— Proven track record of working with technical roles (3+ years)
— Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
— Flexibility: being able to switch between different roles and occasionally, if needed, work on one or two administrative positions
— Autonomy: we’ll be there for you as a team, but it’s important that you manage your own time and pipelines effectively
— Previous experience with niche technical recruiting will be a great plus (embedded and scientific tracks)
