REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience with Unity
• Proven record of published mobile casual/hyper-casual games
• Ability to work in tight deadline to deliver game prototype
• Previous experience working in product companies and experience in making product decisions
• Proficiency in providing performance and stability improvements
• Experience in Ads, Purchase & Analytics integration for new products
• Hands-on building game architecture and use of best practices
• Self-managed, pro-active specialist who can identify problems and tackle extensive features with minimal guidance
• Exceptional problem-solving, performance analysis, and debugging skills
• Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
• Experience with Atlassian services

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating production-ready, high-quality, documented code promoting modularity, extensibility, and performance that can be easily maintained and shared
• Architecting entire features, innovating, and promoting best practices
• Make new games, support ongoing projects
• Taking ownership/accountability for all aspects of a specific area of the game or codebase
• Breaking down product or technical features, estimation
• Understanding and communicating the long-term directions for both project and framework-level code
• Sharing knowledge in the team
• Monitor and maintain the live project’s stability
• Use C# and Unity as the main technologies in your day-to-day work
