• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Good English (intermediate level, written and spoken)

• Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board etc;
• Sourcing for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, social media, internal database etc.);
• Managing full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, reviewing of CVs, interview coordination, offer process;
• Monitoring and apply HR recruiting best practices;
• Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
