Marketing Designer with basic UI/UX skillset (вакансія неактивна)

We’re seeking a proactive and versatile marketing designer with a strong graphic design foundation and a basic understanding of UI/UX principles. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand identity across various channels: from marketing campaigns to digital product promotion.

This role is ideal for someone who feels confident in creating high-quality marketing visuals and is comfortable applying UI thinking when designing for web and mobile.

Primary focus — marketing design:

• Designing and improving company website sections and landing pages
• Creating case studies that showcase client success
• Developing visual presentations and pitch decks (internal & external)
• Crafting infographics, banners, animations, and eBooks
• Producing branded visuals for HR, recruitment, and internal communications
• Collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency

Secondary focus — UI/UX design:

• Design intuitive user interfaces based on UX best practices
• Design web pages and assets for AWS-based mini-products
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Support presales activities with early-stage visual mockups and decks

Bonus points if you:

• Understand the presales process and client discovery workflows
• Have basic knowledge of frontend development (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Have experience working closely with marketers, content creators, or copywriters
• Use AI tools to generate images or videos for design and marketing purposes

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in graphic/marketing design
• Have 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Work confidently in Figma, with additional skills in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Leverage AI-generated content to enhance speed and creativity in your workflow
• Design responsive layouts for both web and mobile, following modern trends and UX best practices
• Are detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Have a willingness to learn and contribute to presales activities, including early-stage design concepts and presentations
• Communicate effectively in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Thrive in collaboration, with strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset
