Junior Lead Generation Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, disciplined person willing to work as a part of the sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our network of prospective clients, supporting our sales and business development efforts by identifying and researching potential leads.

Preferred location: Ukraine (Lviv)

Requirements:

  • At least 4 months of commercial experience in lead generation roles or similar (customer relationship/success managers, a sourcer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

Would be a plus:

  • Basic understanding of the IT industry
  • Experience with LinkedIn automation tools

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and gather contact details for individuals and companies that match specified Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Organize collected leads and ensure all contact details are accurate and up-to-date
  • Track metrics related to the quantity and quality of leads gathered and provide regular updates to optimize research strategy
