Eurasia Foundation (EF) is a US-based non-profit organization committed to supporting responsive, accountable, and transparent governance in transitional countries. EF implements programs that enhance civil society, promote democratic governance, and support economic growth.

EF leads the implementation of the UK-funded Digitalisation for Growth, Integrity, and Transparency (UK DIGIT) program, aimed at leveraging Ukraine’s digital transformation to stimulate sustainable economic growth, enhance transparency in reconstruction, and strengthen good governance. The UK DIGIT Program builds upon Ukraine’s prior digital reforms and aligns with its European integration goals.
