QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Sciences, Engineering Department, etc.)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform Automation Technologies
Experience with Tomcat and Weblogic Application Servers is a plus
Good at Team Work, Good Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
Familiar with Reporting and Preparing Technical Documents
Motivation to learn new technologies and continuously improve

JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyze and resolve issues or escalate as needed to meet service-level agreements
Use diagnostic tools to monitor and troubleshoot complex web services software, hardware, and network problems to maintain or improve service quality and availability
Level 2 incident and problem management support for Middleware Services
Work with vendors to apply best practices, infrastructure improvements, and resolution of issues
