QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Sciences, Engineering Department, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform Automation Technologies
  • Experience with Tomcat and Weblogic Application Servers is a plus
  • Good at Team Work, Good Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Familiar with Reporting and Preparing Technical Documents
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and continuously improve

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyze and resolve issues or escalate as needed to meet service-level agreements
  • Use diagnostic tools to monitor and troubleshoot complex web services software, hardware, and network problems to maintain or improve service quality and availability
  • Level 2 incident and problem management support for Middleware Services
  • Work with vendors to apply best practices, infrastructure improvements, and resolution of issues
