We are looking for an experienced HR Manager/People Partner to join our team and be responsible for planning, designing, developing and evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals and promote a healthy work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement overall HR strategies that promote a healthy work environment;
- Coordinate execution of the following process: onboarding, probation management, performance appraisals, retention risks management, rotations, service terminations;
- Support newcomers during their adoption period and help to gain understanding of eTeam;
- Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement, and reporting results;
- Helping to develop an employment branding strategy;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Organize corporate and learning events, as well as other activities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in HR manager/People Partner in IT companies;
- Deep understanding of the key HR processes, procedures;
- Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence;
- Advanced level of written and spoken English;
- Experience in implementing and improving HR systems;
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, demonstrating a friendly, confident and open manner.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in managing BambooHR;
- Experience in conducting soft-skills trainings;
- Experience in working with multicultural teams.
