We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and be responsible for planning, designing, developing and evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals and promoting a healthy work environment.
— Implement overall HR strategies that promote a healthy work environment;
— Review, design company policies, processes, and procedures across the organization (HR administration, — Retention, Performance Review, Benefits program, Learning initiatives, etc) aligned with strategies;
— Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating;
— Support newcomers during their first weeks and help to gain understanding of eTeam and Client’s basic procedures, conducting 1:1 meetings and track results;
— Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction, involvement and performance;
— Developing an employment branding strategy;
— Organize corporate events and other internal activities.
— 5+ years in HRM/People Partner/HR specialist role, providing full HR support to IT companies;
— Deep understanding of the key HR processes, procedures and proven track record of implementation;
— Experience in designing, improving, and implementing high-performance HR systems, policies, and procedures based on best practices;
— Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence;
— High ethical standards;
— Advanced level of written and spoken English.
