esurance is a digital platform for smart insurance distribution. We have our own technological platform that helps to digitize insurance products, bring them online and help with the distribution in multiple ways. Think Amazon for insurance products for small and medium enterprises.

Our vision is to provide hassle-free insurance protection for small and medium businesses (SME). By applying our core values to the domain of insurance products, we empower hybrid insurance distribution through a simple, digital, and personal approach.

How do we do this?
To bring products online and facilitate their distribution, we have developed a platform comprising a set of core technologies that enable us to manage orders and interactions. We use both a product
approach, which involves building our core platform technologies, and a project approach, which entails implementing various types of projects for our partners such as insurance companies, brokers, and business software providers.

What professional skills are important to us?

  • Strong experience building RESTful Web Services using PHP (Symphony)
  • Experience with .NET 6+ to grow and build our future solutions
  • Good understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
  • Domain Driven Design as paradigm in terms of application layers
  • Good knowledge of SQL (Postgres)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

○ Almost no overtime. The goal is to cover overtime with days off. In exceptional cases, overtime is paid.
