About the Role

As a Senior Electronics Design Engineer, you will own the full hardware development cycle — from initial product requirements to validating reliable designs and preparing them for mass production. You will play a key role in shaping next-generation bionic devices, working closely with cross-functional teams and influencing product architecture, quality, and manufacturability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, and wants their work to have a meaningful real-world impact.

What You Will Do

• Designing hardware from product specifications to mass production
• Verifying and validating hardware
• Troubleshooting products and fixing bugs
• Assembling prototypes or managing prototype production via EMS
• Conducting schematic/PCB/documentation design reviews
• Creating and improving manufacturing documentation
• Designing tools for QA, Test, and Manufacturing teams
• Following industry-standard processes and procedures for medical equipment
• Collaborating with firmware, mechanical, QA, test, and manufacturing teams
• Planning work and reporting progress to management
• Designing products to pass EMC/ESD tests
• Supporting manufacturing and improving existing products
• Improving internal design processes

Desirable Experience and Skills

Broad expertise in IoT electronic product development with completed market products built from scratch, including:

• Schematic/PCB design using Altium Designer
• Proficiency in SPICE simulation
• Experience with rigid-flex/FPC design
• Understanding of high-speed signal propagation
• SI/PI simulation and debugging
• Scripting languages (Python/Matlab)
• Strong knowledge of analog electronics
• Expertise in advanced analog front-end development, multilayer stack-up planning, signal/power integrity, and dense PCB fabrication up to 12 layers
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate+), Ukrainian (native)
• Proactiveness and a learning mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Bioengineering, BT/BLE, IoT
• Experience in high-growth startups or emerging technologies
• Awareness of CE/FDA certification requirements for electronic devices and IP protection
