#Al/ML Engineer specialist #remote #3-5000 euros with experience in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, who will be able to improve our digital solutions, strengthen the automation of loan issuance processes, as well as improve risk analysis and client profile through modern AI/LLM technologies.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in the field of AI/ML, preferably in the financial sector or lending;

Deep knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow);

Experience working with LLM (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.): creating prompts, fine-tuning, RAG;

Understanding the principles of credit scoring, risk analytics;

Experience building automated data pipelines, working with APIs, databases;

English proficiency at a level not lower than B1+.

Responsibilities:

Analysis and optimization of online lending processes through ML/AI algorithms;

Implementation of LLM models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA) to automate application processing, verification, and customer support;

Development of credit risk forecasting models, scoring, and behavioral analytics;

Building and supporting continuous AI analytics (KPI, ROI, model effectiveness);

Implementation and configuration of AI assistants (chatbots, analytical agents, voice interfaces);

Testing and improving the accuracy of models: fine-tuning, vector bases, RAG approaches;

Creating internal prompt libraries, integrating models into the company’s web platform;

Collaboration with IT and analytical teams to support continuous work 24/7.

💼 It will be a plus:

Skills in working with vector bases (Pinecone, Weaviate),

LangChain, LlamaIndex;

Experience with no-code AI platforms (Chatbase, n8n, Flowise);

Basic knowledge of SQL, JSON, Git.
