About project

This project focuses on creating a scalable cashless payroll platform. You’ll develop features like instant employee onboarding, real-time payment processing, and seamless bank integration, ensuring secure, user-friendly interfaces and 24/7 payment capabilities.

Required skills, experience, and knowledge

• 2+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails
• PostgreSQL, SQL
• JS, HTML, SCSS
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level (both written and spoken)
• Accurate code style and quality
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Understanding and following OOP, SOLID, DRY, KISS principles, and other best practices

Cooperation format
We’re looking for engineers who can quickly join in one of the available formats — task-based, part-time, or a fixed-term contract (3 months) with a possible extension upon mutual agreement.
