About project
This project focuses on creating a scalable cashless payroll platform. You’ll develop features like instant employee onboarding, real-time payment processing, and seamless bank integration, ensuring secure, user-friendly interfaces.
Required skills, experience, and knowledge
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, SQL)
- Basic knowledge of JS/HTML/SCSS
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level (both written and spoken)
- Accurate code style and quality
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Understanding and following OOP, SOLID, DRY, KISS principles, and other best practices
