We are looking for a Senior Manager with deep technical expertise to join us in the CTO/Delivery Director position and support organizational growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced technical degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leadership role within an outsourcing/outstaffing company or related industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing and managing technology strategies that resulted in business growth and improved operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing/outstaffing business models and the challenges associated with providing technical services to clients.
• Extensive knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging technology trends.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of technology professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership effectively.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals and objectives, specifically focused on outstaffing services.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture in a remote setting.
• Technological Infrastructure:
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain the necessary technological infrastructure to support current and future business requirements.
• Provide technical support for internal processes of the organization with the help of software and documentation.
• Information Security and Compliance:
• Ensure the company’s technological systems and data comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, adhering to strict confidentiality measures.
