We are looking for a Senior Manager with deep technical expertise to join us in the CTO/Delivery Director position and support organizational growth.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced technical degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leadership role within an outsourcing/outstaffing company or related industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing and managing technology strategies that resulted in business growth and improved operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing/outstaffing business models and the challenges associated with providing technical services to clients.
- Extensive knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging technology trends.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of technology professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership effectively.
