We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- B1/B2 level of English.
- Knowledge of various recruiting tools, techniques and search channels.
- Successful experience in closing vacancies of Middle/Senior levels.
- Good communication and negotiation skills (both spoken and written).
- Experience in business correspondence.
- Active on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates.
- High level of self-motivation and proactivity, readiness to deal with any challenges.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Familiarity with Cleverstaff.
- Experience communicating and working directly with the client.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:
- Run a full-cycle recruitment process, from clarifications on requirements to job-offer negotiations.
- Work with different technical positions from more common ones (.NET or Java) to quite exotic (Elm, Rust).
- Take part in Recruitment team processes and be able to influence them.
