Required skills:
— 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
— Intermediate level of English
— Knowledge of various recruiting tools, techniques and search channels
— Successful experience in closing vacancies of Middle/Senior levels
— Good communication and negotiation skills (both spoken and written)
— Experience in business correspondence
— Active on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
— Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates
— High level of self-motivation and proactivity, readiness to deal with any challenges
Will be a plus:
— Familiarity with Cleverstaff
— Experience in closing positions in Java stack
— Experience communicating and working directly with the client
