Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Sourcer to join our team.

You will be responsible for sourcing IT professionals across multiple open roles, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to manage a high volume of vacancies simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates across various technical domains
• Understand technical roles and hiring requirements
• Work with a large number of open vacancies simultaneously
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Conduct initial outreach and communication with candidates in English
• Collaborate with recruiters and managers via Slack
• Track sourcing activity in Trello
• Respond quickly to team messages and requests
• Join calls when managers request support
• Work evening hours aligned with US time zones (until 7–8 PM local time)
  
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Experience working with multiple vacancies at the same time
• Good written and spoken English(B1 or B2)
• Experience with Slack and Trello
• Fast response time and high availability during working hours
• Detail-oriented and highly attentive
